There is a set of actions against every member.
These icons allow you to perform the following actions:
Remove the member from the club, a confirmation dialog will pop up. The user's account is not deleted, but they will cease to be a member of the club and won't be able to enter competitions. Site members can belong to multiple clubs and their competition entries are linked to their account even after leaving the club.
This indicates that this club member has set their password. When it is shown in a greyed out state then the member has not set their password. Click this icon to promote that member to be an administrator (a plus sign will show to the right of the icon).
Use this button to edit the member information.
Clicking this takes you to a page containing a password reset email which you can send to this member for them to reset their password. Some email providers make it very difficult for this site to deliver emails, notably hotmail. If you user isn't receiving the password reset from the system then use this to generate and send them one yourself.
Once a member has set their password this icon shows greyed. If is is black then click it to send an invitation email to that member.
